GONG je organizacija civilnog društva utemeljena radi poticanja građana na aktivnije sudjelovanje u političkim procesima. Organizacija promiče kulturu dijaloga, otvorenosti, transparentnosti i odgovornosti u javnoj sferi, te poštivanje ljudskih, naročito građanskih prava, putem istraživanja, zagovaranja i edukacija, samostalno ili u suradnji s pojedincima i organizacijama koje dijele naše vrijednosti.
U svrhu povećanja kvalitete demokracije, ovim natječajem GONG traži proaktivnu i entuzijastičnu osobu za vođenje i razvoj softverskih projekata.
Želimo ojačati GONG-ov tim osobom koja ima aktivističko srce, softverski mozak, pametan jezik i vještine vođenja projekta - upravljanja vremenom, ljudima i financijama. Nudimo priliku za realizaciju digitalnih projekata od javnog interesa (poput Mozaika utjecaja, kao i drugih digitalnih inicijativa), stvaranje socijalnog kapitala, van utrke za financijskim profitom, a u inspirativnoj radnoj atmosferi i za plaću od 10.100,00 kn do 11.850,00 kn brutto (ovisno o kvalifikacijama).

Opis odgovornosti / job responsibilities:
- leading the implementation of the Mosaic of Influence project - a database on politically exposed people in Croatia
- coordinating the project:
- define project implementation plans (tasks, timeline and resources)
- tackle project issues, manage risks, changes and appropriate reactions
- manage the development of appropriate documentation
- timely communication and collaboration with project partners and wider community (national and international)
- guiding the team according to the Agile/Scrum best practices and values
- defining user stories and criteria for completed/done/ready
- create requirements in the forms of Epics, Themes and Stories.
- coordinating the collaborators / development team(s):
- managing and negotiating scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables
- active monitoring (and participation) in sprints
- convene regular Scrum meetings:
- providing sprint goal and new user stories for sprint planning
- giving feedback regarding the achievement of the sprint goal in the sprint review
- reflecting and taking action as a team member in the sprint retrospective
- informing, helping and learning in the daily scrum
- backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- close cooperation with the management regarding administrative and programme related tasks
- develop new project ideas
- serve as an in-house expert
Uvjeti / preconditions
- highly analytical with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams
- guide, coach and motivate the team to be effective, self-organized, productive and accountable
- strong effective and efficient communication (written and oral) with all team members, collaborators and on all management levels
- ability to identify project impacting issues and organize the most appropriate solutions
